MENA stock markets closed Tuesday’s trading session in the green, as TASI, BAX, and QSI finished the session higher.
Bahraini shares rose on today’s session, where the main index BAX gained 0.36 percent or 5.486 points to settle at 1538.314 supported by the gains in Financials and Basic Materials sectors.
Furthermore, Qatari equities ended today’s trading session in the green, as the primary benchmark (QSI) added 0.55 percent or 57.59 points to close the session at 10,500.46 boosted the gains in all sectors especially Healthcare that rose by 2.44 percent.
Regarding oil news, Oil prices fell on Tuesday where U.S. WTI crude futures were higher to trade at 57.80 USD per barrel around 20:30 GMT. Brent crude futures were higher to trade at 64.32 USD per barrel around 13:20 GMT.
Saudi Stocks Exchange:
Saudi stocks finished Tuesday’s session higher, where the primary index TASI rose by 0.31 percent or 27.48 points to settle at 8,854.49 supported by the gains in all sectors particularly Technology, Utilities, and Industrials sectors.
In stocks news, Maharah Human Resources Company SJSC and Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company SJSC were the sessions best performers as they both rose by 5.88 percent and 5.63 percent respectively.
United Arab Emirates Stock Market:
United Arab Emirates' shares settled in today’s trading session in the green territory.
Abu Dhabi equities rose on today's trading session, where Abu Dhabi's leading benchmark ADI gained 0.23 percent or 11.62 points to end at 5,022.17 supported by the gains in Financials and Telecom Services sectors.
In stock news, Waha Capital PJSC was the best performer during the session, adding 1.51 percent to settle at 0.94 at the close. On the other hand, Bank of Sharjah PJSC was the worst performer today as the stock fell by more than 5 percent to finish the session in the red at 0.844.
In Dubai, the main index DFM advanced on today’s trading session, adding by 0.04 points to finish the session at 2,656.20 due to gains in Healthcare and Consumer Cyclicals sectors.
In stocks news, Dar Al Takaful PJSC was the best performer today as the stock rose by 3.6 percent to finish the session in the green. Meanwhile, National Central Cooling Co PJSC fell today by more than 1.5 percent to settle in the red.
Egypt Stock Market:
Egypt's leading benchmark EGX30 rose by 0.39 percent on Tuesday to settle at 14,097.43 boosted by the gains in Basic Materials and Consumer Cyclicals sectors.
In stock news, Egypt Kuwait Holding Co SAE was the best performer, advancing by 3.99 percent, while Qalaa Holding SAE was the worst performer of the session as it fell by 3.02 percent.
